Local Aldridge based Commercial Vehicle Bodybuilding Manufacturer JC Payne has gone the extra mile in assisting its workforce in living a healthy lifestyle.
Last Thursday whilst supporting “Mental Health Awareness Week” Zoe Jones – Mytime Active, Healthy Lifetime Specialist, set-up a stand in the factory to give advice on the benefits of having a wellbeing plan.
This week JC Payne have arranged for Ash Strong & Dan Smith from the Health MOT Roadshow team to visit, performing NHS health checks for our staff which will be carried out onsite at our premises from their mobile van (Pictured)
The Workplace Health Team from One You Walsall have been thrilled to work with responsible employer JC Payne in supporting their employee wellbeing. Amy Brittain, Workplace Health Manager says “JC Payne have shown real commitment to improving staff health and wellbeing. Thrive at Work, currently being developed by West Midlands Combined Authority, is a framework which enables employers to improve their health and wellbeing offer to employees. Investment in employee health is shown to improve employee engagement and productivity and reduce absence levels and staff turnover.
