The experience I have of working with Scott, Hannah and the team at JC Payne is always positive. It’s also always friendly, they go out of their way to help and advise, and genuinely care about their customers, and service, which seems to be a rare thing nowadays. I like dealing with JCP, they “do what it says on the tin” but add value to that service too, and the help Scott has given me with body building advice has been a huge help, and I am truly grateful. Good people, good bodies, service with a smile.

We have used J C Payne for many years and, whilst we find their product pricing to be very competitive, we place our business with them in the knowledge that if anything goes wrong we have a strong partner who will respond immediately and resolve any problems with a minimum of fuss and inconvenience. Thankfully, we rarely need to use their aftersales back up but it’s always comforting to know that we are well supported should the need arise.
