The Workplace Health Team from One You Walsall have been thrilled to work with responsible employer JC Payne in supporting their employee wellbeing. Amy Brittain, Workplace Health Manager says “JC Payne have shown real commitment to improving staff health and wellbeing. We’re looking forward to supporting them in the coming months to achieve Thrive at Work standards and by doing so supporting and empowering their staff to make healthy lifestyle choices.”

Commenting on the programme, joint Managing Director, Neil Brandrick, who runs the company with his brother, Garry, said:, “This initiative echoes part of our 2020 vision which mentions one of the cornerstones of our business, our staff – We are proud of our people - it is that simple, it’s the JCP way.”

Thrive at Work, currently being developed by West Midlands Combined Authority, is a framework which enables employers to improve their health and wellbeing offer to employees.
